Gateways
gateways - this is the place where service providers (operators) for incoming and outgoing calls or SMS are registered and authorized.
Settings:
- company - the system allows you to work with resellers, respectively, in the drop-down menu, the owner of the system sees all existing resellers. In a standard installation (without resellers), this setting is hidden.
- Gateway - the name of the supplier is written in Latin letters, numbers or combined without spaces and any symbols. (the name cannot be changed later, only deleted and recreated) [example: USLocalCarrier1]
- Description - the field is optional and is purely informative. [example: Local carrier for US termination]
- SIP proxy - filled in with the domain or IP address of the service provider where requests will be sent. To allow incoming traffic (DID), you need to register only the IP address. It is possible to allow multiple IP addresses (separated by commas without spaces). [example: sip.company.com,127.0.0.1,127.0.0.2 Attention! Outgoing traffic will only be sent to the first address in the list, and incoming traffic (DIDs) will be allowed from all]
- port - a field for specifying the port of the service provider to which requests will be sent. [example: 5060]
- transport - service provider's signaling protocol. [example: UDP]
- IP Authentication - Enabling this option allows you to receive incoming calls (DID) from providers from the registered IP addresses in the SIP Proxy field.
- Register - enabling this option turns the Gateway into a normal SIP trunk (filled in Username, Password, Expire/Reregister in Seconds).
- DID from SIP TO - this option is enabled when the phone number (DID) is sent in the SIP header, and not in the standard way.
- DID from Diversion - this option is enabled if you need to get a phone number (DID) from a forwarded call, namely the phone number from which the call was forwarded.
- Encryption - this option enables encryption of the voice channel if the provider supports or requires SRTP.
- Send RPID - This option enables Remote Party ID transmission.
- send diversion - this option includes the transfer of the original phone number when the call is forwarded.
- Send Caller ID Name - in some countries, operators support the transmission of the name and number in the SIP header, this option includes the transmission of the field with the name of the caller.
- Random Caller ID Number - the system can replace the original call identifiers with those registered in the Outbound Caller ID table, this setting replaces the numbers in a random order, otherwise in turn from top to bottom (the table is available later when changing the gateway settings).
- MVNO - enable this option only if the provider is a SIM card provider (FMC) and all incoming/outgoing calls are routed through this gateway.
- Maximum Channels - this field limits the number of simultaneous voice connections on this provider.
- SBC - controller selection if there is more than one Session Border Controller in the system.
- price - выбор прайса поставщика для дальнейшего учета и отражения стоимости звонков или СМС в CDR. https://docs.telcopro.net/prices
- Dial Number Settings - this option is used if it is necessary to modify the incoming or outgoing dialed phone number on the fly (Regular Expression is used in the "Pattern" field). [example: 6461234567 -> 16461234567]
- Caller ID Settings - this option is used if it is necessary to modify the caller's number during an outgoing or incoming call on the fly (Regular Expression is used in the "Pattern" field). [example: 6461234567 -> 16461234567]
- Source Outbound CID Number - modification of the FROM field by selecting the required parameter from the list.
